The Australian Open is a major tennis tournament held annually over the last fortnight of January at Melbourne Park in Melbourne, Australia. The tournament is the first of the four Grand Slam events to be held each year, preceding the French Open, Wimbledon, and the US Open. Novak Djokovic, Naomi Osaka, and Sofia Kenin are the reigning champions in the men’s, women’s, and women’s doubles events, respectively.
