Con Bonovas has been treating patients across Western Sydney for over 20 years from his practice in Erskine Park, with a 5.0 Google rating and over 10,000 patients seen. The practice was busy on reputation and referral, but the website wasn’t actively bringing in new patients searching for a physio near them.

The brief was a clear, calm, trust-led website that explained what Con treats, made it easy to book or call, ranked locally for the searches new patients are actually running, and reflected the standard of care delivered in the clinic.

We designed a clean, friendly site that puts patient outcomes and trust signals front and centre: years in practice, patient numbers, real reviews, accreditations, and a guarantee that backs the work. Pricing is upfront, service categories are easy to scan, and every page guides toward a single action: book.

The site is built around how locals actually search, with pages for each suburb served and each condition treated, so Con appears at the top of local Maps and organic results when a nearby patient searches for the help they need.

Underneath, the build is engineered for speed and credibility: lean markup, edge-cached assets, accessible markup, and schema for Local Business and FAQs so Google can present the right snippet to the right searcher.
