SBA Conveyancing handle property transactions across Sydney and the whole of NSW: residential sales and purchases, off-the-plan, leasing, transfers, and commercial work. Strong client relationships, repeat business, and word-of-mouth referrals had built the practice. The old website wasn’t doing the same heavy lifting.
The brief was a faster, clearer, conversion-focused website that turned property searches into quote requests, made it easy to find a local conveyancer in any NSW suburb, and matched the calibre of service SBA actually deliver.

We designed a clean, trust-led site that puts the quote action front and centre on every page. Big legible type, clear pricing, reassuring trust signals (years in practice, NSW-wide coverage, no hidden fees), and a calm, professional tone of voice.
Every suburb across greater Sydney and the whole of NSW gets its own dedicated landing page, generated from one template, so a homeowner searching for a conveyancer in Penrith or Parramatta lands somewhere relevant, local, and ready to take their enquiry.
Underneath, the build is engineered for speed: a sub-second Largest Contentful Paint, lean markup, edge-cached assets, and an enquiry funnel that takes the friction out of getting a quote.
